any watch within 30 days for a 100%, no hassle refund or exchange.
Important: It is almost impossible to wear a watch (for even short
periods) without scratching or blemishing it in some way. For this reason,
please do not wear a watch that you think you might return. We are glad to
accept your return, as long as the watch is in new condition. However, we
cannot issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn.
The watch must not be:
- Sized
- Scratched
- Blemished
If there is a possibility that you will return the watch, please do not
wear it or have it sized (remove links from the bracelet).
If the watch shows any signs of wear, we will not be able to accept the
return.

We ask you to:
- Pay for the shipping (Collect shipments will be refused)
- Please insure the watch for its full value (If any damage or loss
occurs during shipping on returns, we cannot assume liability)
- Return the watches the way they came: in the original box with all
original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and
any other materials that came with the watches.
- We strongly suggest you use UPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne Express or
other small package carrier. We have nothing against the United States
Postal service - but if your package is lost, you cannot initiate a trace
until 30 days after you shipped the package!
